To participate in our program, children must be potty trained and the age of the desired class by September 30. Please fill out the online Application for Admission form with a non-refundable enrollment fee of $75 (Early Bird Enrollment Fee $60 between Feb 10- Feb 25). Enrollment fees can be paid online or by a check payable to Culpeper United Methodist Church.
